Accessibility statement
We want Feelago to be easy for everyone to use, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Here we describe how accessible the website and apps are and how to report a problem.

1.Our commitment
We design and build Feelago with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, referenced by the European standard EN 301 549, in line with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree 82/2022.
Back to contents2.Compliance status
The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most content and features are accessible, but some parts are not yet fully accessible, as listed below.
This assessment is based on internal checks carried out during development and has not yet been confirmed by an independent auditor.
Back to contents3.What we have already done
- a "Skip to content" link and pages structured with headings and landmarks;
- keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator;
- colours chosen for good contrast;
- colour and fabric pickers that work with the keyboard and with screen readers;
- text alternatives for informative images, and status and error messages announced to screen readers;
- website and apps available in five languages.
4.Content that is not yet accessible
- Visual previews: the live configurator preview and room photos are graphic representations. The essential information (measurements, style, fabric, price) is always available as text in the summary too.
- User-uploaded content: images added to moodboards and projects by customers and professionals may not have a text alternative.
- Payment: the payment page is provided by Stripe and, if you choose PayPal, Klarna, Satispay, Scalapay or Revolut Pay, the following pages are provided by those providers: each is responsible for the accessibility of its own pages.
- Apps: measuring with the camera and LiDAR sensor requires framing the room and may not work with all assistive technologies; you can always enter measurements by hand. Pinch-to-zoom is disabled in the apps: to enlarge content you can use the website in a browser or your phone's magnification features.
We are working to fix these points.
Back to contents5.Feedback and contact
If you run into a barrier or need content in an accessible format, write to info@feelago.com or use our contact form, telling us the page and the problem. We reply within 30 days and, in the meantime, help you complete your purchase or get the information another way.
Back to contents6.Enforcement authority
If you are not satisfied with our reply or do not receive one, you can contact AgID, the Agency for Digital Italy, the authority that supervises accessibility requirements, through the channels shown on its website.

This statement is up to date as of the date shown at the top and is reviewed at least once a year and whenever the website or apps change significantly.
