Cookies and similar tools

We only use our own tools, with no third-party advertising: essential technical cookies and, only if you accept, anonymous statistics. Here is the full list, with duration and purpose.

Text under legal review

This version is complete but is still being checked by a legal professional, so it may change before the public launch. If you have any questions, write to info@feelago.com or use our contact form.

1.What they are

Cookies are small text files that the website saves in your browser. We also use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember some choices on your device: this information stays on the device and is read only by the Feelago pages that need it.

The controller is Feelago. The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy notice.

2.Technical cookies (always active)

They make the site and the services you ask for work: signing in to your account, the cart, security, language and remembering your cookie choices. They do not require consent (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code) and we do not use them to profile you.

3.Statistics (only with your consent)

If you accept, we measure how the website and apps are used with a system of our own. We record the pages visited, some actions (for example the configurator steps and adding to the cart), technical errors that occur while browsing and page loading times, together with general information such as device type, operating system, browser, language, referring site and approximate location (country, region and city, which Cloudflare derives from the IP address: we only store the location, never the address). We remove personal codes from page addresses, such as those in order and quote links, and we never record what you type into forms.

This data is linked to a random session identifier, the feelago_sid cookie, which is created after you accept statistics and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. It stays in our own database, is not shared with third parties and is not used to identify you: we keep browsing events for 90 days and, after that, only aggregated, anonymous statistics, for no more than 25 months.

Without consent we do not create this cookie and we record nothing about your browsing. The server only keeps anonymous technical counts, such as the number of errors in an hour or the number of app installs and opens, without identifiers and without relating to anyone in particular (in the app, only the date of the last open is kept): they are described in our privacy notice.

4.Marketing

Feelago currently uses no marketing or profiling cookies and no third-party advertising tools. For this reason the preferences panel does not offer a "Marketing" category. If we introduce such tools in future, we will update this page and will not switch them on without your consent.

5.Third-party services

When you save a card in your account, the payment form is provided by Stripe, which uses its own technical cookies for security and fraud prevention. Orders are paid on Stripe's secure page, which is covered by Stripe's privacy policy. If you choose PayPal, Klarna, Satispay, Scalapay or Revolut Pay on the payment page, you are redirected to these providers' pages, which use their own cookies under their privacy policies: these are cookies of their websites, which we do not manage and which are therefore not listed in the table.

We do not use social sharing buttons, maps or videos from external platforms, and our fonts are hosted on our own servers. The only other external service loaded on our pages is Cloudflare's anti-bot check; the "Sign in with Google" button is our own and takes you to Google only if you tap it. Both are described in the next section.

6.Anti-bot check and "Sign in with Google"

Anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile). Some forms on the website and in the apps are protected from automated programs (bots): sign-in with a code, Pro application, sending a quote from the cart, the support form and chat, newsletter sign-up, launch waiting list and Feelago Pro waiting list. When you open the form or start filling it in, your browser loads a script and a verification box from challenges.cloudflare.com; the box usually stays invisible and only occasionally asks you to tick it. Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical information about your browser and device to tell a person from a bot; it does not use advertising cookies and is not used to profile you. Anything the box may store in your browser belongs to Cloudflare's domain, not ours, and is used only for the check. How Cloudflare processes the data is explained in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

Sign in with Google. On the website's sign-in pages, for customers and professionals, and in the sign-in box at checkout you will find the "Sign in with Google" button. The button is our own: until you tap it, our pages load nothing from Google (no script, frame or cookie read) and Google does not know you are visiting them. Only if you tap it does your browser go to accounts.google.com, where you choose the account: from that moment Google receives your IP address and technical information about your browser and uses its own cookies, on Google's domains, which we do not manage or receive and which are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You then return to our website, which receives from Google the data described in our privacy notice. To link the return from Google to the request started in your browser we use the technical cookie feelago_google_oauth for 10 minutes (see the technical cookies table). We do not use Google's automatic sign-in prompt ("One Tap") or automatic sign-in, and Google's library is not present on our pages. The button is not shown in the Feelago apps or in the built-in browsers of other apps, because Google does not allow this kind of sign-in there: you can always sign in with the email code.

The anti-bot check is a security tool that is strictly necessary to send the forms you choose to use. Google, on the other hand, only comes into play when you tap "Sign in with Google", that is, for the service you explicitly ask us for at that moment: before that, Google does not access your device in any way. Neither is used for statistics or advertising: this is why they have no category in the preferences panel and do not require consent (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).

8.How to manage your choices

On your first visit we ask what you prefer: you can accept everything, refuse non-essential cookies or choose by category. On the website, if you are not signed in, your choice stays saved on your device for 180 days, after which we ask again.

In the app we ask for your choice only once, the first time you open it: after that we never ask again, not even when you sign in or register.

If you have an account, we also save your choice to your account (statistics yes or no, the version of this cookie policy and the date of your choice): it applies on every device where you sign in, on the website and in the app, and we no longer show you the banner. If your account does not have a choice yet, we link to it the valid choice you have already made on the device you sign in with; otherwise we ask you once with the banner. If, before signing in, you made a more recent choice on the device than the one saved to your account, the more recent one applies and we save it to your account.

If we update this cookie policy with new categories, on the website we ask again anyone who has not saved their choice to an account; in the app, and for anyone whose choice is saved to their account, statistics and any new categories stay off until you switch them back on yourself under "Cookie preferences".

You can change your choice at any time: in your account Settings, under "Cookie preferences" (professionals will find it in the Settings of the Pro area), on the website and in the app; with the button below; or with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the site's pages or, in the app, under App settings. If you are signed in, the change also applies to your account. You can also delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings: in that case some features, such as signing in or the cart, may not work.
